What to Expect?


The advanced functions of the gyroball were often overlooked in the past because the device itself was difficult to master, and users' engagement was typically low and inconsistent. Our basic course contains 10 exercises. The first stage has two classes, each with three routines, to allow you to explore the device to the fullest.


The second stage, for those who are well conditioned, is the SEG – Gyroball Exercise Series, with four more challenging routines, exploring body perception and the conscious recruitment of other muscle groups.

  • The Smart Start: Fundamentals of Posture and Alignment to Maximize the Use of Gyroball (FREE)

  • The Right Angle: Wrist, Elbow and Shoulder in Line

  •  Conductor's Spin: Relearn to Maintain


Lesson 2:

  • Endurance and Perception: The Goal of Fatigue

  • The Lever: Eccentric Action for the Shoulder Blades

  • Isolating the Upper Trapezius: Strengthening and Stabilizing Posture

  • 3D Biceps (I & II): Advanced work for shoulder blades, cervical spine, and biceps

  • Open Chest: Exercises to strengthen the pectorals and improve posture
